Shipping Policy

At petparadisecart, we understand how important it is to receive your pet supplies quickly and efficiently. We offer several shipping options to provide the best service possible. Our packages are carefully packed to ensure that your pet products arrive in perfect condition.For orders over $50, we offer free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your products.
To Report a Damaged or Missing item include:
A digital photo of the damage, if possible* (for damaged items)
Order number
Item number , example below:

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
